Wash and remove the skin of chicken. Keep it aside to dry. After it gets dry, fold the chicken legs into its breast. Mix the turmeric powder to 1/3 cup of water to make a thin solution. Apply it to chicken. Cook the chicken in steamer for a few minutes. Apply 100ml of cream to the steamed chicken.
Bake the chicken in microwave oven for 5 minutes. In the mean time, heat ghee or butter in a pan. Add the finely chopped onions and mushrooms. Fry it well till the onion gets brownish. Add the cottage cheese i.e. paneer and grated tomatoes. Mix it well. Add the salt, black pepper and chili sauce. Fry the mixture deeply for 3 minutes.
Coat the chicken with the mixture thoroughly. Apply the remaining cream. Bake it well in oven. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
